Our Chocolate Fig Bonbons in Special Edition packaging by Rabitos Royale are decadence wrapped in foil! Carefully selected baby figs are smothered in a rich chocolate and brandy-infused ganache and then hand-dipped entirely in chocolate. Finally, they are individually wrapped in order to keep them fresh – making them a great treat for sharing (if you can!).
The little Calabacita figs are exclusively sourced from the region of Extremadura in Western Spain. Exceptionally well-balanced and proportioned, the rich dark chocolate/brandy mousse nicely accents the baby fig inside. Rabitos Royale earned the ‘Best Confection in Show’ honor at the Fancy Food Show in New York.
These delightful drops are divine on their own, but even better with a glass of wine. A medium red with a hint of spice really complements the subtle brandy flavor of the bonbon, like a Malbec or Syrah. Rabitos Royale was dreamed up by Señador and Raquel Valero while being surrounded by fig trees indigenous to the region of their native Extremadura.
